* Globalization *

                Globalization is a process of interaction and integration among the people, companies, and governments of different nations .The information technology revolution has caused the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization because of means of modern technology such as satellites, the internet, television and computers. Also the progression of the  media , communication, means of transport, and the scientific field in general  have  made it very difficult for governments to control cross-border movements. The apparent goal of globalization is to serve the humanity, unite its destiny by removing the barriers between the countries , promote human values in their world, and protect these values from the waste. Also, it aims to resist the control to permit the human to act with his economic rights or with his way of receiving information.  Globalization is manifested in the growth of world trade and in that the people tend to forget their mother tongue and use English instead as there is an idea that it makes them superior in some way. There are many kinds of globalization which are political globalization which is to spread Western values in policies by calling for using the western democracy. Also, globalization of intellectual, cultural and social means the spread of Western thought in the view of the universe, life and human. Additionally , Economic globalization means the spread of Western values in the area of the economy such as: economic freedom, open markets. 

                   On one hand,the effects of globalization are not ideal so there are many negative and positive effects of globalization. Its negative effects are that the rich are getting richer and the poor are becoming poorer. Bad aspects of foreign cultures are affecting the local cultures through TV and the Internet. Deadly diseases like HIV/AIDS are being spread by travelers. Its positive effects are the world has become a huge market where you can buy and sell things produced in any part of the world. Globalization helps many countries to  be  more prosperous such as China and India. With the wide use of Internet and other kinds of information technology, it has become much easier and faster to share information worldwide. Increased dependency on each other and the recent financial crisis is a good example of that.

                 On the other hand , globalization, as any scientific phenomenon that appears on the world stage must have  supporters and opponents, and each team tries to prove his views, and  tries to  drop the allegations of the other team. Supporters of globalization call for dealing with the phenomenon without worry, because it will support poor countries, create new job opportunities, and felt that the Arab researchers need to catch up globalization at the economic, technological and cultural rights.That helps us to remain outside the era or even not to miss the train of progression or run over us. These preachers  cites  with  the experiences of many places in the world where are justified in their selection of globalization through increasing the levels of growth and the revenue growth of the individual  in all of  West Germany , North and South Korea, China  and Taiwan .So that modern technology makes globalization possible, because of this interdependence between the economy and technology as the  acceptance of globalization is the  attribute of  the current era in which we live. The objectors to the phenomenon of globalization are doubting of its benefits as they assured that it will be dyed with Western philosophy and lifestyle .

                    Globalization is a new form of modern Western colonialism, which is intended to impose its influence and dominance on the Arab and Islamic countries, peoples and its resources and potential of natural, economic and physical. They also said that globalization didn't provide any goals or objectives only gives absence promises and certainty of well-being and justice which are denied by the introductions and the results until now. The figure at hand is that the globalization is 20% of the world's population, the marginalization is  approximately 80% of the population, and this isn't the correct  concept of the global system of balanced, but applies the concept of domination and control.

                    In conclusion we can say briefly that globalization is a double edged sword which has advantages and disadvantages. The nation that takes the standards of rational benefits of them without damaging their values are stronger than others, in order to continue the nation has to  open up to globalization and learn every things of science, knowledge and techniques , at the same time it must maintain the basics of religious , moral, and national identity as Allah said in Holy Quran that "O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know each other (not that you may despise or control each other)"( Al Hujurat : 13). Finally I agree with The universality of Islam which are based on the basis of mutual understanding and openness to other cultures without denial or exclusion   as Allah said in Holy Quran  that "Let there be no compulsion in religion, truth stands out clear from Error"( Al Baqarah : 256) . So we have to keep up with the technology and the era of globalization by reforming and developing our internal systems and accept to face the challenges which will decide who will stay.
